Our recent experience with shipping outside of the United States has dictated the following:
All international orders will be shipped with the understanding that we cannot be responsible for their ultimate delivery. We have absolutely no control over packages which may be lost or stolen once they leave the jurisdiction of United States Postal Service.
Therefore, if you want us to ship to an international location, you are doing so at your own risk. (In the past we have absorbed losses in the form of replacement and refunds, but we cannot continue to do so.) This doesn’t happen often, but it has occurred enough times to warrant this change in policy.
Your other option is to have us ship through UPS or Fedex. Contact us for rates.
